Return & Exchange

7Star Watches Online Store has a policy of accepting exchange or refund requests which are made within 5 business days of a product receipt. We provide excellent quality services and only sell high quality products. Our products are perfect and generally do not require claims or exchanges. In case you are not satisfied by the product you received, you have to report it within 24 hours of receiving such a damaged or defected product. You must not modify the product in any way for your refund request to be valid. Shipping costs are never included in return and refund services and therefore you have to pay for the shipping cost of a returning product.

Once you report the defect of the product to 7Star Watches, you have to send the product to us within 5 days of the product receipt. We have to charge a 20% restocking fee though for exchange or return of every product item as it causes a flaw in the distribution and storage chain of 7Star Watches. You must take care of these in order for successful exchange or return of your defected product.

  • You must report the defect of the product within a single day of receiving the product.
  • All you need t o do us send us your order number, your reason for return and your operating telephone number.
  • We only accept those products for return and exchange that are in their original packaging and not modified or altered at all in anyway. You must verify this before sending the product back to 7Star Watches.
  • We will inform you of the proper method of returning the product back to us once we receive your email. 7Star Watches will refund you for the product as soon as possible.
  • All special orders are not returnable. Discounted items are also non returnable. We are also unable to return large orders that have more than 3 different products.
