Warranty Policy

At 7-Star Watches, we stand by the quality of our products. All watches purchased from us come with a limited warranty to ensure your peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

  • Our watches are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase and covers any kind of Movement issues only.

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, etc.)

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling

  • Water damage on non-water-resistant models

  • Battery after 6 months

  • Damage resulting from repairs or service done by unauthorized personnel

  • Straps, bracelets, crystals, or cases

  • Colour

How to Claim Warranty

  1. Provide the original receipt/invoice as proof of purchase.

  2. Bring or send the watch to our authorized service center or retail outlet.

  3. Our technician will inspect the product, and if eligible, repairs will be done free of charge under warranty.
